"After spending many months scouring the internet, looking for my ultimate Rover 75 Connoisseur SE CDTi, I came across the model I wanted. The car met all my criteria in terms of Specification and I was thrilled to bits. However, when I discovered it was 330 miles away, in Cornwall, my heart sank. I decided to ring Truro Diesels anyway, to enquire about the condition of the car, which had just arrived at the garage, so there were no photo`s and was awaiting valeting etc. Sales Controller, Ray Anderson, spoke to me about the car`s attributes and soon perceptively realised the situation regarding me not being able to travel to Cornwall to view the car. He suggested that he could have the car delivered to my home address for a small fee. This changed my thinking on the proposed purchase, and from then on Ray would act as my eyes and ears in respect of analysing the benefits and condition of the car on my behalf. This, he did admirably well. I cannot praise both Ray, and Truro Diesels enough for the quality of customer service extended to me, which has been exemplary in every way and should be an example for all other dealers in the motor trade to strive to achieve. The deal to purchase the car was completed successfully via e-mail and telephone, without me having seen the car physically, and was one of the easiest and re-assuring transactions I have made. This included Part Exchange of my own car as part of the deal! I literally bought the car without leaving home. I have bought many things over the internet, but I would never have dreamed of purchasing a car, that was before Truro Diesels.
